In two separate trips last week, I picked up:

Batman Begins
The Dark Knight
LOTR Trilogy
The Hangover
The Last Samurai
V for Vendetta

I found the Goodfellas art to be boring and not worth the double dip so I passed on that one. Same goes with Shawshank, I'd rather buy the Digibooks for both of those movies. I regret not buying Inception while they still had it though. I'm not too big of a fan of the movie so I passed on it on my first visit but it still would have been cool to have. I guess the good about these Steelbooks flying off the shelves is that it shows Best Buy there is a market for them in the United States and will encourage them to pressure studios for more.

You're also missing Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, unless you grabbed them in another haul.

Warner Bros won't respond to me about the Inception bonus features disc. Anyone that messaged them and were successful, where did you message them? I went to their site, customer service and sent them 2 messages in the past week and still nothing.

It's pissing me off because apparently some people got a message back within a day.

Please help

I got 15 of 20. I did not pick up: Gran Torino, Last Samurai, Sucker Punch, Sherlock Holmes and V for Vendetta.

I double dipped (on steel, and triple dipped in my collection) on the following Steels. Batman Begins, Book Of Eli, The Dark Knight, Green Lantern, Inception, and The Matrix. I was dying to open them and wanted to keep the others sealed.

So this brings my total to 21 Steels. Good thing for that price adjustment at Best Buy.

Perhaps. I did see those films and they are good films (well except for Sucker Punch, I did hate that movie). I don't see myself seeing those movies over and over.

This is very much how I think - film replay value is what often determines whether I'll buy a SB. I've blind-bought some and bought some I wasn't really crazy about the film but liked the artwork and ended up selling, so now I'm sticking to movies I like. Which means I got actually nothing from these BB Steelbooks.

Ok, I folded and just picked up Sherlock Holmes on SB. I picked up Game of Shadows on SB as well. So, I guess I will give SH another try. If not, then hey! they are nice steelbooks. I also got the pleasure of meeting a fellow member also doing his haul. I believe his name is Shaq Master or Shock Master. Sorry if i got your name wrong buddy. Nice to meet you!

Yea, funny thing was that at BB, the SH main display stand did not have the steelbooks and I am freaking out (I got there at 10:10am). So, I saw this guy in a suit and he had the steelbook. So, I had to ask him where did he get it. He showed me a SH:GOS steelbook display stand behind the main display. I picked up 2 SH:GOS steels and I picked up the last SH $9.99 steel. He joked about people confusing him for a BB Sales Rep and we laughed. A minute later, he was helping someone else locate the steels. It was funny.

I jumped in on these steels last week and did well for myself, although they were all double dips. Scored the Batmans, LOTR, and 300. I ordered all plus the Matrix for pick-up, but I received notification that Matrix wasn't available in store. However, I did find a copy while walking around looking at other things. The disc was loose in the case but I bought it anyway. I haven't popped it in to watch yet but the disc was unscratched, so I'll take that as a positive.

This week, I preordered the GOS exclusive and decided to get the 2009 SH as well. Once again, I received an e-mail that SH 2009 was not available in store. I haven't gone there yet to pick up the order (got the Superman animated exclusive as well), but instead of trying my luck with finding it in store (different BB, with much more traffic), I just decided to order SH online and it shipped yesterday.

I'll probably blind-buy the Wrath of the Titans steel but I didn't like the Clash remake enough to double-dip on that steel.

He's doing a better job than the people who work there! lol

This reminds me of when I lived in Madison, I went to the west side store so much that at some point I started to straightened up there anime section which usually just thrown together. Quite often I got asked where movie a was and where sporting event b was.... it was funny, till I got tired of it...
