I thought that MGM/Fox will hold off on releasing this on Blu,until 2013/2014,to coincide with theatrical release of the third movie!(in case you didn't know,Reeves and Winter will both reprise their roles).
Also disappointed not to see an announcement for sequel along with the original (scenes with Death are great ![]() |

The second had some good moments, but the "spark" from the first film wasn't as present. Basically, its about Bill & Ted being killed by robot duplicates, created by the evil De Nomolos (Joss Ackland). Sent to hell by Missy during a seance, they're tormented by their childhood nightmares. In order to escape, they play the Grim Reaper in a series of games, who then becomes their servant (much to his own dismay). It almost seems like a deliberate parody of the first, in several ways.

Bit of trivia for you guys Alex actually wrote the scripts for The Bill and Teds excellent Halloween Adventure show at Universal studios Florida Halloween Horror Nights since 2002
Interesting to note is once USH got into the HHN act a badly executed version of the Bill & Ted excellent Halloween adventure show, written by someone other than Alex Winter was done there for 97 and 98. After the poor response to those two years, they didnt attempt it again till after HHN returned to USH in 2007 again with someone other than Alex Winter writing the USH version of the show, that again failed just as bad as two previous USH attempts. And that was the last year that USH did a take on the Bill and ted excellent Halloween adventure. Just another reason why Universal Studios Florida blows away universal studios Hollywood theme park entertainment wise. Cant wait to see this years Bill and Ted excellent Halloween adventure when i go back home to visit durring Horror nights at USF Last edited by WJWS Channel 13:Amity; 08-30-2012 at 05:39 AM. |

Someone actually wrote scripts for those? Well, I seem to recall them starting off half decent, then they just devolved into randomly throwing out every pop culture reference for the last year.
