So was "April Snow." I guess they just put them out before they decided to number the series.

I've just received Christmas and there's no ltd edition sticker whatsoever.
Not on the back of the book, nor on the shrinkwrap.
Could it be they've printed a few thousand and only stickered the first 1000?

That is weird indeed, I thought they all numbered, hmm, maybe it's a good idea to ask the retailer you got it from?

I've ordered it from this eBay store.
I'm not doubting that it's genuine. It's just strange that it doesn't have a numbered sticker. I've just sent the seller a message and keep you posted on this.
Also, member Ray O. Blu has a copy which doesn't have a sticker (he thought the shrinkwrap was numbered but I guess he received an unnumbered copy just like me).

Yeah, I have both of these titles and neither one is numbered. I got mine from k2dvd.

Very strange indeed. What's limited about a release when all that's really limited is a numbered sticker on the back? Perhaps our unnumbered copies are even more limited than the limited version

Maybe so. I get emails from k2dvd any time a new preorder becomes available. Because I'm just so damn addicted to buying these SK Blus, I always drop whatever I'm doing and preorder right away. So It would seem like I am one of the first to preorder these titles anyway. So I'm not sure if only the first 1000 were exclusively numbered or what the deal is?

There's nothing rare about the bootleg, but... man, can you impress your friends by showing off one of those stickers!

It is part of this collection. I own it and it says Hommage Collection right on the front.

I don't have any friends so no-one to show it off to

I got a reply from the seller saying the 1000 numbered copies were meant for domestic sale only. So it's just a bogus ltd edition while they've produced much more than 1000 copies.

OK, it does appear the first 1000 numbered copies were intended for domestic sale only.

DJ Hilaro: Does that mean your numbered copy was purchased from someone local in Korea, who shipped it to you?

Yes I have it too but somehow it's not numbered, so is it part of this series??

No bud I bought Christmas In August from KimchiDVD & One Fine Spring Day from Yesasia, I guess I was lucky but then again I always preorder way in advance and when they become available/listed online

A response from my seller.
Your guess is as good as mine

This item is intended to sell but only from the Publisher 1000set. It does not produce more.
Currently we sell is intended by the manufacturer, not as a separate extra.

It is not.
Series means it goes in a series from 1 to whatever. given it's not numbered it can't be part of any series can it? or is my logic flawed?

I think they came up with the idea of the Hommage Collection but hadn't planned on numbering them at first. That changed with Christmas which should have been number 02. But since Bittersweet didn't have a number they just numbered Christmas as 01 instead.

Those are the only three titles that say Hommage Collection though, right? Or does it say it on April Snow as well? Because if its just the one, would seem kind of silly to not consider part of the collection, just due to numbering.
