I couldn't watch more than 10 minutes of it. The Voice over was so,poorly done it was painful to watch.

Seeing how this came out last July, I'd say it's a slim chance. All the copies I've seen in stores too don't have slips.

Stephenie Meyer said a few years ago that she intended to write a trilogy and did some writing for them, but said that she had some qualms since The Host universe is a dangerous place where characters might die, and she is not sure if she wants to kill them off. I really want sequels, but it doesn't look like it's gonna happen, at least not any time soon. Even if she did write sequels, it's unlikely they'd get made into movies since this one did so poorly.

Just went on their page to check for you and it shows a picture with a slip, so there's still a really good chance you'd get a slip.

Watched this for the first time recently. I could listen to Saoirse Ronan read the phone book so the narration didn't bother me at all. Movie has its flaws, but conceptually its far better than Twilight. Unfortunately Andrew Niccols' boring execution of that concept kills it.

I doubt this will ever get a sequel despite the bait ending. Stephanie Meyer never wrote the sequel novels and this film bombed.

Just re-watched and forgot how incredibly dull this is. How a film that's 95% talking has a $40M budget is beyond me. I'm still dead at them trying to set up a sequel with Emily Browning. R.I.P. her career. The only reason I'm keeping this in my collection is because of Saiorse Ronan.

Even Saoirse Ronan is not enough to make me own a travesty written by the author of Twilight *shudders*

I like quite a few YA movies (Beautiful Creatures anyone?) but my lord this was god awful. An absolute chore to sit through that was alleviated by moments of unintentional hilarity. My favorite
being the "running gag" of Saiorse getting hit in the face by her old family and friends everytime she would go in for a hug LOL

Beautiful Creatures is The Godfather compared to this.

The master for this is 2k and it was a critically panned flop, I'd say no shot.
