Definitely one of the more memorable Disney villains from my youth, though I'm not quite sure if she could hold her own against the Big Four of female Disney villains: Maleficent, Cruella, Ursula, and Snow White's Queen.

Well if you want to get technical, her shapeshifting abilities are on par with Maleficent's, whereas the Queen has no actual power besides magical knowledge, Cruella is a very scrawny woman (look at the waist of her!) and Ursula, despite her impressive appearance, is not truly physically dangerous until she gets hold of Triton's trident.
So in a fight between the four of 'em, I'd give Mim a fair chance.

Jungle Book is currently scheduled as the Spring 2014 Diamond title.

We are getting this and Robin Hood on the same day?! Wow, seriously couldn't be happier with this news! I just hope that we won't be talking about poor transfers once these come out because these are two of my most beloved childhood films. Can't wait!

You know, major props to Disney for concentrating on their "Silver Era" catalog, really! But what's bothering me so much is that there's still no release date for two of my favorite Disney movies..

Haha, good points, all of 'em.

I guess I wasn't really imagining a "fight" between the characters so much as the five of them sharing drinks and battle stories in a dimly lit bar.

The main four are so aesthetically impressive and iconic, I guess that's where I feel Mim falls short. Kind of a "You can't sit with us!" moment.

Seriously, I love both so much.

I just watched both for the first time recently. Hercules was just ok to me, but I was surprised with Tarzan, way better than I expected going in. Aside from a few bad songs, the story was really good.
