I really hope Disney decides to release a box set with all of the shorts, or at least the best of the best.
The animated ones we still seem to be missing are:

So in a fight between the four of 'em, I'd give Mim a fair chance. ![]() |

We are getting this and Robin Hood on the same day?! Wow, seriously couldn't be happier with this news! I just hope that we won't be talking about poor transfers once these come out because these are two of my most beloved childhood films. Can't wait!

You know, major props to Disney for concentrating on their "Silver Era" catalog, really! But what's bothering me so much is that there's still no release date for two of my favorite Disney movies..
Tarzan & Hercules.. ![]() Seriously, I love both so much. My Disney Renaissance list goes (in terms of how I like 'em, not how I judge their quality): [Show spoiler]

Yeah, I'm assuming within a month or two of the original releases, we'll get the sequels. Same with The Jungle Book 2.

I have all of the Classic Cartoon Favorites on DVD and a ton of shorts on VHS, so I'd like them in Blu-ray. |

I guess I wasn't really imagining a "fight" between the characters so much as the five of them sharing drinks and battle stories in a dimly lit bar. The main four are so aesthetically impressive and iconic, I guess that's where I feel Mim falls short. Kind of a "You can't sit with us!" moment. ![]() |

"Two for Maleficent, three for Gaston Coco.. you go, Gaston Coco! And none for Madam Mim, bye." Cruella to Maleficent: "So if you're from Germany, then why are you green?" Ursula: "Oh my god Cruella, you can't just ask people why they are green." Mim: "I can be beautiful, lovely and fair.." (The song from the movie) Evil queen: "So you agree. You think you're really pretty." Mim: "WE SHOULD TOTALLY JUST STAB BAMBI!" |

I just watched both for the first time recently. Hercules was just ok to me, but I was surprised with Tarzan, way better than I expected going in. Aside from a few bad songs, the story was really good.
