Went to Best Buy in the morning. Only found one copy of the 3D that had the $7 promo thing while the rest was the standard 3D edition. Compare to the 2D edition which various slipcover had the $7 e-book promo. Was tempted to but the film but I have a feeling the 3D will be $19.99 later on.

I noticed the hidden reference in Sea of Monsters. When Percy is talking to Hermes, Hermes makes a reference to "Hercules Busts Heads Season 1" how it was "the greatest show ever" and how it was canceled. If you notice, the Firefly TV series that Nathan Fillion was in was canceled after one season and it was the greatest show ever.

I absolutely loved that reference.

Tempted to pick the 3D Blu-ray at Best Buy for $19.99 but I have a feeling it might drop to $12.99-$14.99 later since it's from 20th Century Fox Studio.

Default Interesting Casting Connection with the Actors of this series

The name meanings of the actors portraying the characters in the Percy Jackson movies match up with the dominant key trait of their characters.

Anyone own the double feature? I'm curious if it still has all the bonus features from the movies original releases or if they cut them.
