A little bit of trivia: this year had a lot of blockbuster hits with lots of criticism. It seemed like a trend during the first month of summer; whenever a movie had bad reviews, it was a box office hit. "Wild Hogs" was a notable example, as was "Ghost Rider". Sequels fared a little better, but they were reviewed worse than their predecessors (Harry Potter, Pirates, Shrek, Spider Man).

Anyway, I've not seen Wild Hogs, but I may check it out one day from Blockbuster.

I gave it a rent. The picture and sound was ok, but the movie itself really didn't meet my expectations... it was kind of boring

I've had it for a while, it's a good movie.
PQ is good, not outstanding or anything.
Some of the scenes are great, but not enough great scenes to push PQ into the reference material group.

I can *SO* relate to this image...

4/5

Not the greatest of movies, but a good diversion. Rent 1st and then make a decision. Redbox only $1.00.
It seems from your replies that this is one of those love it or hate it movies.

Redbox is not available here in NZ, and it also hasn't been released here, so can't rent it,

Probably pick it up on an Amazon BOGO sale.

I saw the movie in the theater and have the Blu-ray. I think the Blu-ray is faithful to the original presentation. The PQ is 5 stars. As for the film itself, I've watched it now four times and it seems to grow on you. It gets funnier each time; perhaps because I'm anticipating the gags.

It's worth a purchase.

just found this awesome comedy at Bookland for $5.00. NOT USED, but BRAND NEW. I'd be a FOOL to pass that up.
