Yeah, Capper's design is the only one I'm not sold on yet. G1 had Catrina so anthro cats are nothing new in this franchise, but there's still something about this character that isn't doing it for me. I really like the rest of them though. Hoping to see a trailer very soon!

Hope this gets a UHD Blu release. It'd be easy enough for them to render a 4K version if this is animated in Flash like the series.

My little niece is crazy about this show and will be extremely thrilled when that movie gets here. Since I'm often the one going to animated movies with her, I was kinda hoping she would see herself as too old for this. It seemed to take ages when this was first announced. Unfortunately, my sister and future brother in law, both turning 26 watch this too.

Well, I guess I won't have to sacrifice myself then.

Man, this show is really annoying and extremely nerve-wrecking! I won't survive it in theatres.

First teaser trailer is now up. It doesn't show any actual movie footage, but it does give you an idea of what the animation style will be like.

Wow, that's a shockingly good cast. I didn't think a My Little Pony of all things could pull talent like that.

Indeed it is an impressive cast. It's not the first time the series has acquired good talent; Weird Al Yankovic, Lena Hall, and Patton Oswalt have all appeared on the show, and William Shatner and Felicia Day will guest star in an episode next season.

Considering the show has gotten: Weird Al, John de Lancie, Patton Oswalt, and William Shatner as guest stars; the fact that this movie with a big budget can get all those guys and girls isn't too shocking.

I haven't watched the show in a long time but this looks like a borderline parody of the brand to me. I did make me laugh so that has to count for something.
I wouldn't see this in theaters because it doesn't look like anything I'd spend $15.00 to see. I'll hold out for the Blu-Ray.

This. I've lost interest in the show recently, but I wouldn't be opposed to renting the movie when it is released On Demand.
