****ing bullshit. Either air the whole season or call it 2 seasons. I'm tired of this silly part 1 and 2 of the same season bullshit from AMC. Now I'm supposed to pay $30 for HALF a season when other complete seasons ran that much?

WTF? The whole show is done airing, but they've only released half the goddamn final season and have yet to set a date for the half or a complete set.

edit: So Canada has a release date set for November, and we still know nothing about a US release.

No official announcement that I've seen, but it's up for pre-order at Best Buy with 11/1 as the release date. There's also a complete series set with the same release date.

What really pisses me off is they never fix menus for earlier seasons when they do these box sets. Even when they press discs with new artwork, they're too goddamn lazy to add a "Play All" option to earlier seasons. Still wondering how that shit isn't standard yet, but I'm rewatching the 1st season and there's no "play all." That is why I need one of those 10TB hard drives. I just want to rip all this shit and not bother with discs.

I received my set a few days ago. I don't have a camera to take pictures with, but the set is made up of six amaray cases which are housed in a cardboard box.

The complete series is just the previously individual seasons packaged together in a case, so some of the seasons are Region A I believe.

I highly doubt it. Specs on this site state that US S1 & S3 are Region A locked while S2 is region free, which I think was a fluke (no data for S4 onwards).

While it is an educated guess, I would assume they would simply use the already "transferred and coded" discs from the season releases for the entire series release... Mhp68 has confirmed that this is the case. (posted in this thread 2-3 posts above this one).

To lend credence to my prediction, here in Australia, I own S1-S5v1.
I haven't gone back to check S1&2 (pre-Region A capability), but S3-5pt1 are locked definitely locked to B. Notably, we got releases in Australia before the US for the majority of seasons.

EOne has a habit of locking releases to the country of origin (has happened with all The Walking Dead releases in Australia) and as I can recall, most other Hopscotch or EOne releases I own.

I am waiting for S5Vol2 to finally get released in Australia. Might hold out a little longer, but will import if no news by February 2017.

Would like to complete the collection with all Aussie releases, but if EOne sits on this one for too much longer I will import the US S5Pt2 release. Which I can only assume is A locked...
US S5(2) might be region free, if EOne never had plans to do a BD release in Australia: And will do DVD only.

My advice, join the rebellion and get a Multi-Region or Region A player.

They have announced the last season for release on blu ray in Aus now. I think coming in Feb. so I think I will just get all seasons individually as Aus releases locally, only problem is the price... works out quite expensive to get all of them even with sale on at JB Hifi. Hopefully they will reduce the price of them at some point....
