I'd be curious to know how much better the HD-DVD side looked compared to just the DVD side being upscaled....

I think I have a copy of Hot Fuzz on combo collecting dust somewhere, maybe I should do an A and B....

It's ok as long as you lay a sprig of garlic in the disc tray overnight and have a priest exercise it with holy water the next morning.

You just incurred one hell of a financial commitment over the next ten years. It will take that long for the therapy to actually fix your PS3's emotional core.

My guess is the PS3 downscaled the picture. Although I think if I put a Blu Ray in my A2, the motorized disc try would fall off.

I don' think your ps3 warranty covers therapy for the that the unit will need after violating it with that disc. (Insert deliverence music here.)

I have a confession to make here. When I was a little girl I would take a fork, bend the center prongs back, then bend the outer prongs to fit an electrical socket. I'd then jam the outer prongs into electrical outlets at school, going from empty classroom to empty classroom. I would hold the fork handle inside a paperbound book so I wouldn't get an electrical shock. But man, what a flash and bang!

(Again, there is no "evil smile" icon here to use. )

(Yes the book always would get charred a bit in the process. )

So, did you learn any valuable lessons from that? Like, use a book that you've already read?
