Yes, although we say free shipping is at $30, it actually kicks in a few cents below $30. It's like a digital version of the penny jar we have on the counter.

We ship as items become available. If you spend $30 on films with different release dates, you get free shipping even though we will send you more than one package. We want your movies in you player, not in our back room.

How come your Warner Archive blu-ray titles have gone up from $15.97 to $19.97? Amazon still comes in at $17.99.

Correct - 1 Bull Moose point for every $13 you spend (or trade if you're local). And points are awarded when and item is shipped (which is also when you're charged).

Good question. Most likely a price update at the distro; it looks like they raised the MSRP on a lot of the Warner Archive titles to 21.99

Thanks for all the info Mr. Bull Moose. I'm going to get a little technical with my question so please bear with me. Let's say I make an order for one item that is $16 and in stock and another item that is $10 and will street in two weeks for an order total of $26. When the $16 item ships will I be charged the $16 for the one item or the $26 for the whole order? Also, I assume I will get 1 point for the $16 part of the order. Will I get another point when the $10 item ships later or is that a wash since it doesn't meet the $13 threshold?

Hope this makes since and thanks for the info.

You'll receive like 1.2 pts for the first order and 0.8 for the second.

I think I am about to put in for The Thing and all 3 Vestron releases. That seems like a lot, but I plunk that much down for Code Red titles all the time. I was considering Carrie, Child's Play and Exorcist 3, but I think I'll hold off for now. How often does BullMoose have price changes, ie between now if I preorder and when the item ships?

Anyone know how you cancel an order on their web site. Calling customer service is an answering machine. They'll get back to you in the morning. Not satisfactory at all. Buyer beware.

Found out that you have to leave an e-mail in order to get the cancellations. Response was excellent to the e-mail. Order was cancelled.

I have $13.10 Bull Moose points I would like to use if I could with only a wed site connection. Anyone know how to apply those points to a web order?

I've been buying from them online since 2007. I've never had a problem, or a negative experience.

I've brought them up many times here, since joining in 2009. They usually have the lowest prices, more often than not.

See the NEED HELP ? button to the right of your item ? Click that, and a box will open. Type what you want into that box.
They usually get back to me in a few hours. I use it to remind them to give me the new lower price, if it's dropped, or to cancel, or to just thank them, and say Hi.
