How come your Warner Archive blu-ray titles have gone up from $15.97 to $19.97? Amazon still comes in at $17.99. |

Thanks for all the info Mr. Bull Moose. I'm going to get a little technical with my question so please bear with me. Let's say I make an order for one item that is $16 and in stock and another item that is $10 and will street in two weeks for an order total of $26. When the $16 item ships will I be charged the $16 for the one item or the $26 for the whole order? Also, I assume I will get 1 point for the $16 part of the order. Will I get another point when the $10 item ships later or is that a wash since it doesn't meet the $13 threshold?

I think I am about to put in for The Thing and all 3 Vestron releases. That seems like a lot, but I plunk that much down for Code Red titles all the time. I was considering Carrie, Child's Play and Exorcist 3, but I think I'll hold off for now. How often does BullMoose have price changes, ie between now if I preorder and when the item ships?

Anyone know how you cancel an order on their web site. Calling customer service is an answering machine. They'll get back to you in the morning. Not satisfactory at all. Buyer beware.
Found out that you have to leave an e-mail in order to get the cancellations. Response was excellent to the e-mail. Order was cancelled. I have $13.10 Bull Moose points I would like to use if I could with only a wed site connection. Anyone know how to apply those points to a web order? Last edited by madlou2; 09-07-2016 at 06:22 PM. |

I've been buying from them online since 2007. I've never had a problem, or a negative experience.
I've brought them up many times here, since joining in 2009. They usually have the lowest prices, more often than not. |
