Sounds like our insider PM wasnt kidding about the Coyotes. I was kind of hoping that this wasnt the hint he was dropping but looks like it was.

Glad to hear about Unbreakable though!

There is a nice little added scene in there where Piper happens to lose some clothing.

You mean Piper's body double? It's a pointless scene and kinda ruins the mood of the scene imo. But Unbreakable??! HOLY CRAP! That in uncompressed sound would totally kill! Now bring me Signs, The Village and The Sixth Sense and I'll be happy.

Everyone was still gushing over "Ooh, the Twist Ending! " for Sixth Sense, they immediately expected one for MNS's second film--
Like Signs, it's not really a "twist" that you can't see coming, just a gradual real-world acceptance of a neato idea that's exactly what it was claiming to be, if only you weren't trying to expect how they were going to try and get out of it.

MNS still owes half his paycheck on those films to Bruce Willis, though--
Forget Die Hard, I'll take Willis' gloomy down-to-earth Un-Average Joe portrayals in the first two...Even Mel Gibson could keep himself in check for "Signs", but not half as well.

Unbreakable is a must-have. Might pick up Coyote Ugly for 'her indoors' when it hits the bargain bins.

All three are must have titles for me, but Unbreakable is the one I will most definitely be preordering. I think it is M Knight's best and bravest. He took a real risk with it after Sixth Sense and IMO it really paid off. Haven't seen his last movie as of yet, but will probably eventually buy it for completeness when all of the others are out on BD.

Chris

PS I think a good feature on Unbreakable and The Village would be an isolated score, full surround, 96/24.

Didn't really care too much for Unbreakable. I hope they announce Signs, Swingers, Made, and The Crow soon.

I'll be down for Hidalgo. The other two are not worth it. Sixth Sense and Signs are good, but Unbreakable is not one of Night's best... Just like The Village sucked...

It's not exact...but this does mirror some of the dates on this old beatboy list. Not to mention that this was right on some of the other titles.

I'll take Unbreakable and Coyote Ugly.

If Viggo's not running around with hobbits, I'm not interested.

Yeah, it was a so so movie.

Granted, I thought Coyote Ugly was silly...I'll rent to oogle the hot girls maybe, but not a buy. Unbreakable is MINE though!

I wish Shyamalan would edit out the text card at the beginning and end of the movie. The text at the beginning was fine but the one at the end is so not necessary.

Unbreakable for me was the best M. Night Shama Lama Ding Dong movie out so far. I would pick it up on BluRay.

Piper's double? It's been a while I seen this. I need to watch it again or watch it when the blu-ray version comes out
