YES! I bought the UK blu ray a couple years ago because I had the very first DVD release which I believe was not anamorphic. The new US DVD (from Focus) ported over all the extras and because the cover was the same on the UK blu, I stupidly assumed all the extras would be on. Turned out to be completely devoid of extras. I almost re-purchased a DVD copy to have the Waters commentary. (Waters does some of the best commentaries ever and they are worth revisiting from time to time.)

I will dump my UK blu and buy this day one.

Knew it was coming when Waters was coy about "contractually" not being able to say if any more of his flicks were coming to Blu in 2017. Certainly my least favorite of his stuff, but it's his own personal favorite & has a following, so I'm glad it's coming.

Watched this on cable a lot back in the day. Not a big Waters fan in general but remember liking this one. Might buy, not sure.

Bottom of the barrel? I find it tough to watch Turner in anything post 80's for some reason.

Universal currently has the rights but no stateside release yet has materialized despite most other territories having it. My UK version has no special features so happy to upgrade. Glad SHOUT got it.

I might have to buy this as a fluke parody.

I liked it as a kid.

Nice! I've been bothering Scream on Twitter for a while about this one, but they never answered me back!

Now I know why.

"You can't wear white after Labor Day!"

I lovvvve this movie!!!! I have every home video/dvd version and greatly look forward to the new blu ray. John Waters' movie commentaries are as interesting and fun as the movies! I miss new JW movies.

One new extra and it's got the collector's edition price point? LOL. It better be one kick ass transfer.

This is Serial Mom, not Baby Geniuses. Serial Mom is top tier John Waters and Kathleen Turner. Cream of the crop, not bottom of the barrel.

Saw this film this past semester in my Cult film class when my professor talked about John Waters films. Never seen it and I really enjoyed it. The majority of my classmates never seen it as well and we were all laughing. Great movie!

I just bought the collectors edition DvD last week after buying the movie on itunes when it was on sale for $4.99 randomly about 3 weeks ago. They are doing this to me on purpose to maximize their profits, clearly.

Kathleen Turner should have won an Oscar for this role. She's absolutely hilarious in this one. Comedic performances are so underrated!

Will replace the UK version with this purely for the bonus features. Great film with probably my equal favourite comedic performance by Turner (other being 'Man with two brains') .
