not expecting a lot from this as it's Mill Creek.
I do like the cover art even if it does make it look kind of like a (though the og poster art isn't too shabby either)

Am I expecting a lot? Not.

Did they do a decent job with the basics (PQ,AQ etc) for Krull? Yup.

So i except this to look pretty decent - better than the dodgy grey market copy used to watch and (hopefully) better than the MOD dvd.
Also while it's lacking a huge stack of extras, it does have a Reb Brown commentary. That aint nothing imo.

Additional bonus, had this been put out by someone other than Mill Creek I wouldn't be expecting to pick this up for $10-15 (CAN).
I can do without another fun little title being needlessly prices at $30+ when all i really want is a nice transfer and thats it.

Spacehunter was acceptable too. Not an outstanding release, but for sub-10 bucks it was fine.

Seeing that this was announced and reading through this thread has made me a very very happy man. So much so I almost want to buy it from mill creek's website, but I know it'll be way cheaper upon release.
Edit: the buy online button on the website doesn't seem to do anything for me anyway

Never seen this one somehow, despite growing up on 80s VHS rentals of everything like this. I'll buy it though.

Mill Creek closed their online shop a little while ago, they had one hell of a clearance sale too.

Those buy it now links just open a link to a retail website.

Releases like this are a cause for celebration. Now where is The Sword & the Sorcerer and The Beastmaster?!

Judging on the Cheese in your collection, this one is right up your alley.

I'm looking forward to this release. I know not everyone likes Mill Creek. Yes, they could do better on certain releases, though the Blu-ray releases of Universal shows haven't been too bad. But all we have right now is a MOD DVD release, and I don't see Sony or anyone else lining up to give this a Blu-ray release.

Yeah, there's a fine line though between enjoyable cheese fantasy and embarrassing unwatchably bad fantasy. This will be so cheap I'll find out. The two Canon Hercules movies from shout were a bit expensive to take the risk on.
