I want to watch A Wrinkle In Time and Strangers 2, But I'm going to give my money to Stragers 2 first. I hope it does well.

Hurricane Heist looks bad and yet kind of entertaining. I am thinking of checking it out. I wasn't even interested in Geostorm.

Definitely looking forward to Strangers 2. Heard it's awful but it looks fun to me.

But my most-anticipated of the week and one of my most-anticipated of the year is Thoroughbreds. Looks awesome! Such an unusually strong March with this, Love, Simon, and Unsane. At least for me anyway. I want to see a lot of the movies coming out and 3 are on my current most-anticipated of the year list.

I expect Hurricane Heist to bomb in spectacular fashion.

It reminds of one of those movies that was on the shelf for years, and someone decided just to dump it. I have not see a full trailer for this yet. There have been a few tv spots.

Live action Disney films always seem to open around $30M (Lone Ranger, John Carter, Tomorrowland, etc). Wrinkle will probably too. Zero buzz.

Beauty and the Beast killed it last March with $174M. Wrinkle in Time probably won't even make that in it's entire run domestically.

Well of course, their live action remakes of their classics make a lot more.

Have to apologize to the makes of EVERY DAY. Marcus decided to bring back the fish movie and cancelled random times on other films, so i had to put Game Night in that slot. The fish movie is selling zero tickets...ha.

But spending a snowy day here. Annihilation, Death Wish, Black Panther and then Game Night. Hope they all are good.

Yeah, I could come back for the last showing I suppose, but Black Panther just bored me to tears. Im debating asking for a refund for Game Night, cause I just wannna go home and take a nap now. Pretty bad when Death Wish is the best film of the day thus far.

I think after yesterday, I'm good one movie trips for awhile. Likely not gonna go back until the final weekend to pair Tomb Raider up with Ready Player One. Everything else coming out just screams rental to me.

Looks like Love Simon is doing a preview Saturday night, if anyone wanted to see it early.

I'll be getting tickets, which you can only get the day of my theatre said. But it's in a recliner theatre so I don't care.

If Wrinkle opens in the $30 million range and Black Panther is still in the $40 million range, I think BP might top next week too if Tomb Raider doesn't open past $20 million.

BoxOfficeMojo is predicting Wrinkle will win the weekend with 42 million and BP will get 38 million. Hoping that's not the case and BP repeats.

As much I think you're probably correct, I still voted for the opposite.

Oprah will buy out theaters for underprivileged girls if she has to, she doesn't do second place.

Oprah's box office power is very hard to determine, cause she hasn't headlined many movies, and the ones she has (like Beloved) have not done so well.

Well to be fair, plenty of celebs did that for Black Panther as well.
