I'm open to new movies and looking forward to checking out Solo but at the same time I'm a little leery of too much backstory.

And with regard to Leia specifically there are twinges of 'too soon' as well.

But that all said, I've enjoyed the new movies a hell of a lot so far.

We already have 5 movies featuring Luke and Leia. Why not do something like KotOR.

Can't fully remember, but most people don't like how she acts now, and her presence in the movie business.

She is very touchy, and maybe it's her father/manager. I know she can't even be bothered to take cast ops at cons. Like she will be there with a few of the boys and the 'group' shots never include her.

I heard of a few of the Stranger kids have grown big egos already. Sad.

It's funny, I was just talking with my friend today about all of the Star Wars spin offs, the pros and cons, and we both agreed a Princess Leah spin off would NOT work.

I mean....whatever at this point. Disney is in the dairy business too, it seems. Always milking it. Hey, it’s cool. They’ll simply oversaturate to the point where it just gets ridiculous. Of course you can always opt OUT of these movies which I’m sure plenty of people will do.

The beauty of the SW franchise is that you can easily avoid or skip entire blocks of movies and still get a complete story with arcs. Many of us are doing just that. If you find a good in between movie here and there then great. If not, stick with what ya like.

The release of a new Star Wars movie used to be special. Now they are cranking them out every year like superhero movies/sequels and Call of Duty. Do we really need a movie about every damn character in the SW universe?

Haven't watched the vid yet (I'm a regular viewer), but...

I think a young Princess Leia movie with MBB is a stellar idea.

Much more so than that useless canhead, Boba Fett.
