As for me, I don't have much dissatisfaction toward sound quality of Warner's BR titles. Those SQ are, if not splendid as compared to lossless or PCM, still pretty good for me. And, those PQ are good in most cases. I am almost satisfied at present. An update; "Lady in the Water" was DD-EX mix in theater, but its HD DVD seems to dosen't have sorround back channel in its trueHD audio track, yet. Last edited by 56@Yamamoto; 11-04-2006 at 01:02 PM. Lady in the Water was also DTS:ES and SDDS in the theatre.
Fifth Element in SDDS 8.1 is the best audio experience I've EVER had in ANY cinema. Uptown Cinema 1, Toronto, Ontario. Now knocked down because of the lack of handicapped access. ![]() Best cinema I've ever been to. |
