The movies may be ready to go, but not Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! Is the latter even available anywhere on digital in HD?

It's available in HD on iTunes. iTunes also has a few other Hanna-Barbera shows in HD (Pac-Man, Help!... It's the Hair Bear Bunch!, etc).

It’s on Amazon and Boomerang in HD too, even the so called third season.

I noticed Amazon mentioned the series was available with "Boomerang on Amazon", but not as a separate purchase. Is there a way to tell that a series is in HD without already owning it or having an active subscription?

No, it is in HD though. I know episode 4 only streamed up to 720p though and it’s possible some episodes may not be HD. Boomerang is a mess like that. Amazon is much higher quality for HD but iTunes guarantees a complete HD set. If you switch to the Australian store, each season is only $9.99 AUD, much cheaper than the US store. I personally wouldn’t buy it in Digital HD anywhere since a Blu-Ray is a strong possibility now.

I would love to see WB release a blu-ray collection of the Mook animation films. Witch’s Ghost, Zombie Island, Alien Invaders and Cyber Chase. For me, that’s peak Scooby Doo.

While it doesn't make much sense to start with this series rather than Where are you, I'm still really glad theryre pumping the most out of HB on Blu this year.

Didn't read all posts, but none of them seem to mention the fact that the next, new Scooby-Doo series will be Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?.

The bluray release coincides with the new show this year which will be based on the 1972-73 "Movies" series, mixing modern and fictional guest stars. This is a common market strategy these days, except that for some reason this connection hasn't been pushed by the marketing.

E: Maybe they're saving a bluray release of SD:WAY? to coincide with the Hanna-Barbera Cinematic Universe movie coming out next year?

I hope that this means there is a complete series Blu on the horizon for Scooby Doo: Mystery Incorporated. I'd love to retire the DVDs of that, especially since the kids trashed them.

We have more Scooby home media coming this year, but unfortunately we don’t have SDMI to look forward to on Blu any time soon.

Well, if you'll all excuse me, I'll be spending the remainder of 2019 praying that Zombie Island is one of those releases. I'd be pleased with Where Are You as well.

This I think means we will surely see the original. I would love to see Scooby-Doo Meets the Boo Brothers which was my favorite of all the made for TV Scooby's.

To be fair, that doesn't necessarily mean Blu Ray. It could just mean "there's more scooby coming to home media in general". One can hope though....!

Not interested if you don't get every episode.

I am very excited for this release as some of these episodes I haven’t seen in years! I hope this means we’ll see more (or potentially all) of the Scooby shows on Blu-ray in the coming months!

I was contemplating picking up the Best-Of DVD set earlier this year. Glad I didn’t, and to know WB is still committed to its catalog.

Day One purchase! Shame about the Addams Family episode though. Hope this leads to more Scooby on Blu -Ray!

If this gets us closer to the original classic, I'll bite.
