I'll have to look when I get home but a few do make the claim. I don't recall NGS as soft but I haven't played in awhile.

I thought i rembered it being soft with the lighting or something but its been a while for myself as well...

I have one title that is true 1080p - and that's Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. Virtua Tennis 3 and supposedly Ridge Racer 7 are reportedly also true 1080 but I don't have those titles.

Everything else is rendered at lower resolution and upscaled.

AAhhh your right about the Ridge Racer. that is supposed to be 1080p as well! I know gran turismo will be......

Cod4 says 1080p on the box. i think mgs is suppose to be 1080p aswell.

A lot of crappier games say 1080p on the box (probably as a marketing gimmick to cover up the fact that the game sucks)
Transformers, Harry Potter, Fantastic 4
