Bob Gale's been supervising the current transfers. Although it'll take the power of Zemeckis and Spielberg to authorize a 4K restoration. If Zemeckis were to request it, I'm sure it would get done. And to my knowledge, Zemeckis hasn't asked for one.

Wooohooo! I'll be getting all of them! Please Universal, stay consistent like you have been doing with other catalog releases. Fine film grain, no DNR, no edge enhancement. These are classics and deserve careful restorations.

They could be bundled as a collection. But I want the whole trilogy on 4K anyway
