He doesn't mention what the music is either. Paul Revere & The Raiders Good Thing is one of the sides. And it is blue vinyl. Maybe styrene. So Sony gives him all that stuff for free. To use his favorite word: cool.
He reviews movies. Why would he need to know about vinyl and record players? Most movies (read: almost none) come with records.

You don't need to know about 45 adapters to tell if a movie is good or not.

Don't get me wrong, there *are* things to like about this film, casting and acting is great as usual for any Tarantino film, there's plenty of little details that continue to reveal and reward with repeated viewings, but it's a long slog to get to the controversial pay-off.
That is Tarrentino's style. If you can't tell as story in 90 minutes, stretching it out over three hours won't help.

I'd love a 4K release of The Hateful Eight as well, seeing as how that one was shot on 70mm.

Hell, I want all his films in 4K who am I kidding?

Shot on film, you say? I don't know, now I'm giddy for some reason
Long live film!

Seattle's Cinerama Theater had a screening of HOLLYWOOD that was promoted as being 70mm.

I wasn't aware that the film was shot in 70mm. Are there two versions of it?

It was shot on 35mm with some sequences in 16mm. It would be a 70mm blow-up.

What a ridiculous spoiler of an image in the review of the Blu.

Thought this was lower-tier Tarantino. Good, not great. Pitt at Spahn Ranch, DiCaprio’s monologue, and the finale were the only standout sequences for me.

That is ridiculous. I'd be pissed if I hadn't already seen the film.

You didn't like the last song in the end credits?

That should seriously be omitted from the review. It's like a review of Inglourious Basterds having a screencap of
[Show spoiler]Hitler's face getting chewed up by machine gun fire,
or Kill Bill Volume 2 having one of
[Show spoiler]the Bride cuddling with her daughter at the end.
Had I not seen the movie yet, I would have been infuriated by that.

The guy who made the review spoils the ending of this movie and Inglourious Basterds and posts a spoiler image as one of the screen caps. What a jackass.

Here's a head-scratching comment at the end of the review on this site:

"I frankly can't tell you exactly why I feel this way, but for some reason Tarantino's "revisionist" proclivities struck me as much more disrespectful in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood than they did in Inglourious Basterds."

Uh..well yeah, unless you're a Nazi sympathizer, then yes the "revisionist" proclivities in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood will strike a normal and moral human being as much more "disrespectful" than they were in Inglourious Basterds where
[Show spoiler]Hitler received the death normal and moral human beings wished he got in real life
. In fact, would ANY non-racist, non-anti-semitic, non-Nazi sympathizer say the "revisionist" proclivities in Inglourious Basterds were disrespectful?!

I struggle to find anything even remotely disrespectful about Tarantino's "revisionism" in this particular movie. On the contrary,
[Show spoiler]he gave the Manson victims, especially Tate, the gift of life in his alternate reality.
I see it as a moving tribute to them and a better, albeit wishful, end to an era that he's clearly fond of. I spent the whole movie dreading the finale,
[Show spoiler]assuming it'd be in poor taste, pretentious for all the wrong reasons, and needlessly depressing. When I realized what was actually going to happen, the whole point of the movie revealed itself and so did a rarely seen, more humane facet of Tarantino.

It'd have been disrespectful to
[Show spoiler]recreate a barbaric bloodbath against real people
just for cheap thrills.

It's sad that people get out of their way to be offended nowadays.

I didn't care for the ending, although I wasn't offended by it. I did like the rest of the film.

It was certainly disrespectful to Bruce Lee.
