Tom gives such an awesome performance in this. The final act with the musical score is so visceral....I hope it makes for a great UHD.

Different tipes of movies, Collateral it's more realistic, but both are great.

Gotcha - excited to check it out. I know I saw it a long time ago.

Bottom line though if we’re talking gun handling - Wick won’t be beat. Just the cave sequence in #2 is nuts.

I ADORE this film. I've watched it a dozen times and shown it to many. I already know the Audio will likely break down walls. However, for those more educated than I am on the subject, is this going to dramatically benefit in the video department? It's been a few months since I watched it last, but wasn't this film shot in an intentionally grainy way?

any which way I hope this release kicks down doors.

The more Cruise in 4K the better, this movie is excellent, the rare film where he is the villain but you still root for him. He should’ve got an Oscar for the role.

The HDR should give it a major boost in the blacks department. A lot of those old HD-Cam films have actually scrubbed up pretty well on UHD - see Predators, Zombieland and Captain America for some good examples.
