Following my earlier post, just finished watching season 1. Still stand by my earlier observation that this is a great series. Loved the season ending climax/cliffhanger and eagerly await season 2.

Just got my copy of the Australian release. Will definitely be doing a rewatch before Season 2 hits. Brilliant show.

My copy from Amazon hasn't shipped yet(I ordered it a few weeks ago).Sometimes what Amazon says isn't accurate.I've had a few times where Amazon says a blu ray hasn't shipped but it shows up at my door or release day or a day later.

ETA

Interesting to note. When I pre-ordered this from Amazon(it wasn't up at Best Buy then) a few weeks ago on June 6,it was $23.99.Now it's selling for $44.34(new).

It did eventually go up for sale at Best Buy.I noticed it there about a week after I ordered from Amazon for $24.99.But now it says sold out.

Mine has yet to ship as well; same pre-order at $24.99.

I noticed the prices going up, and that Best Buy says "Sold Out." Walmart only has third-party sellers too. It is a WAC release, but stil...

It's a blind-buy for me, but the opportunity to buy this is why I don't subscribe to EPIX (or any other) channel.

That's what I meant.Best Buy is sold out.Amazon is now only selling from third party venders.

My copy which was bought from Amazon.com Services LLC still hasn't shipped yet.Hopfully it eventually comes.

I know Amazon was putting more focus on getting essential items(which blu rays are not) out ahead as priorities during the pandemic lockdown in March-May.They may still be doing that.

Or maybe there was a bigger demand for Pennyworth Season 1 then thought given that it's sold out at Best Buy.I'm not sure how that works in relation to MOD releases though.

Yeah, but unlike BD-R MOD releases, which Amazon can make themselves, Amazon still has to wait for WB to press and ship copies to them to give to customers. Since this and all other WAC Blu-rays are essentially officially pressed disc, just given a smaller amount of copies made.

Review just got posted. Pretty solid show and, as usual, a good A/V presentation from Warner Archive.

Prime has become a joke this year. It’s getting worse and worse every month. I don’t care what’s going on if we are paying for a service then we should get that service. They shouldn’t pick and choose who’s order gets shipped out first.

Well,I don't have Prime So I'm not surprised I'm at the back of the line.

Hmm,my copy of this from Amazon still has no shipping news.

Not yet shipped

We will email you when we have an estimated delivery date
Should I be concerned that there is still no idea on a delivery date?I ordered it on June 6 from Amazon itself(Sold by: Amazon.com Services LLC) which is no longer selling it.It's only third party sellers now.

I don't have Amazon Prime so I don't know it that effects anything.I also mentioned before that Amazon was prioritizing essential items due to the pandemic in March-May.I'm assuming that's still in play?

It is a little disconcerting that there is still no news of a shipping date for my copy yet though.I would be okay even if they said it was going to be delayed a few weeks over not hearing anything and still seeing,"Not yet shipped We will email you when we have an estimated delivery date.

Concern that Amazon is handling a WAC like they always do?

Concern that it will eventually get to you -- no

Concern that it will get to you on release day -- yes, but see first sentence and apply to any WAC for the last 2 years and likely the next 2 years

Concern that's it sold out and gone forever -- it's WAC so no

This is actually the first time I'm ordering a WAC Blu Ray from Amazon.I got the Black Lightning Season 2 DVD from Best Buy for example.I did get Superboy Seasons 2-4 DVDs as well from Amazon but that was way back in 2012/2013.

I would of got this from Best Buy but they weren't offering at the time and I wasn't sure if they would be by that point so I ordered from Amazon.About a week later,Best Buy did start offering it for sale but then it quickly said Sold Out.I think it may be back up for sale now.

I appreciate the response though, since again,I don't mind if it doesn't come in on release day or if there is a bit of a wait/delay as long as it eventually comes in and don't have a lot of experience with WAC.

I sent them an E-mail yesterday, and they said they would get back to me shortly, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

I am a little worried because I also ordered the Legion Of Super Heroes Complete Series BD and The Tick 2016 Complete series DVD and I didn't get a confirmation E-mail.

I actually ordered Legion Of Super Heroes twice because I wasn't sure it went through the first time because I didn't get a confirmation E-mail and they sent me a message saying "Don't let your cart disappear" but I couldn't do anything about it because I didn't have the order number that would have been provided in the confirmation E-mail so, the second time, I took a screen grab with the order number.

I don't know what's going on, this is the first time this has happened.
I had no trouble getting Justice League Unlimited BD, Arrow - Season 7 BD, Lucifer - Season 4 BD and Little Darlings DVD.

I also ordered Just One Of The Guys BD but that got cancelled.

If I don't hear anything soon, I will have to call them.

I just can't understand how a package supposedly addressed to NJ can travel from KY to PA and NJ and then wind up at a Post Office back in KY and be considered "delivered".
