I think Cars has the edge in PQ and has more replay value. Even better if you have kids.

Either will impress on Blu. Just wait for the next bogo and get the one you don't buy now.
well im 17 lol but yea im looking at the cars and rata bluray prices on ebay right now

I am with you on that, I too enjoy movies with a historical/mythological context. Back to your movie choices, seriously consider Pirates of The Caribbean, unless for some reason you did not like the movie. It looks great in Blu.

I'd choose Ratatouille. IMHO it is a much better movie.

I would go with both if you can because they are both excellent. But obviously your asking which one so... Rat i believe is a better story and entertaining movie, but i watched cars for the first time last night and i was literally blown away. PQ is out of this world. Rat is not shabby by any means by i was really in awe of cars.

Basically what (almost) everyone said; both are great movies!
If I really had to choose, I'd go with cars (but that's only because I am more into racing than cooking...

Both. Pixar needs your money. Those films are expensive to make.

I loved Ratatouille a lot more than Cars, I connected alot more with the characters in Ratatouille. Sir Peter O'Toole was great as Alton Ego!

I bought both day of release.....both are great.

Cars .............HANDS DOWN..........is the one to buy if you can only have one. A funny movie and the transfer is the best i've seen so far. i have 35 Blu's and I've watched this one the most.

It really gets to you when you see Lightning after he gets his paint job at Ramone's..............My cousin, upon seeing this as his 1st Blu experience said, "Oh that's just disgusting how awesome that looks!"

you can see ever piece of metal flake in his paint........its sick!

Mater says, "Buy Cars, Git er done!!!!"

Default Choose CARS for the extras

I would recommend Cars, I wasn't a big fan of either movie... I didn't think they were as good as the earlier pixar movies... but I did end up getting both.

but I think Cars has a lot better extra features... and it includes several different Pixar shorts in it... while Ratatouille only has the 1 Pixar short about the alien abduction.
