I figured this classic title would eventually get a 4K release. Lets just pray for NO DNR and let it retain a nice layer of grain.

Willy Wonka was never a pristine CLEAN looking film, in fact at times it could look rather dirty. Hope it retains it's organic film textures.

After Goonies sometimes WB 4Ks worry me.

Ugh...I remember participating in the poll asking consumers what they want to see. I selected none of these films, except Wonka. That said, the titles in this WB batch are not a surprise either regardless of eye rolls from me.

This has always been one of my favorites and I can about quote the entire film from memory. It also has some of the most catchy songs.

It's not a kids film. It's a dark comedy/drama disguised as a family/kids. Either way my kids love it.
