While WA typically engineers 2k scans from the IP, a 4k scan from the OCN isn't unheard of for them.

They've actually done a good number of 4K OCN scans recently. The Harvey Girls, The Curse of Frankenstein, Good News, The Pajama Game, Kentucky Kernels, Flying Leathernecks, Pat and Mike, the upcoming release of Annie Get Your Gun as well.

I feel like every WAC announcement contains at least one title that's a 4K scan from the OCN. They've done some really nice 3-strip Technicolor restorations from the negatives and they've looked incredible. I think The Pirate might also be from the OCN but I'd have to double check. When they release a lot of old Hollywood stuff on blu-ray a lot of the time the OCN just no longer exists. That's also probably why 4K OCN scans are not as common as they should be.
