Buy.com has a reputation for selling product even after it has been yanked. I bought three copies of the Song Remains the Same BD from them after Warner pulled it from the shelves. Either Buy.com doesn't get these memos or they purposefully ignore them and try to sell whatever stock they have. Retailers can get in big trouble for that if the studios/labels go after them. Then again, we're consumers and we're just buying product. If they're selling something you want, buy it.

I went to see if they had Shooter like everyone was saying... they did not have it in stock. They only have a picture of it saying it's "unavailable from the manufacturer".

Got my hopes up for nothing.

I didn't see anything that said it was out of stock. If you click the blu ray titled pic, it says only "This item is currently unavailable from the Manufacturer" It clicked the link and it read something like "we are no longer taking orders for this movie". That too me makes it sound like they don't expect to have anymore in stock.

It's bullsh!t. Come home already Paramount!
