I've almost completed it and I would agree with your score. It's a decent game with a creepy atmosphere, but the issue is that the game doesn't really take advantage of playing in two realms simultaneously which was the game's key selling point.

Looks like the trophies are the same as the Xbox achievements. I'll look forward to a possible future PS+ release and getting them.
