What an awful awful steelbook lol. I think I will wait for a trilogy. There is no way in hell I am repurchasing all of this shit separately for 30 bucks a pop. Dear god what a terrible steelbook.

What an awful design. Anthology here too. I'm tired of separates anyway. 4K is getting way too expensive already. Hope it slows down a bit in the new year at least while still maintaining steam.

Design could be better but I get what they’re doing trying to tie it to the 4K Fury Road steel they released last year. I’m in. They’ll look good together.

I will get so much flack for this, but I'm happy with this steel and will be getting it. Out of the original three, this is honestly the only one I like.

Fury Road is probably my all-time favorite movie currently.

I bought the Mad Max 4K release late last year by Kino, does anyone know if individual 4K non-steelbook releases are planned for the other three films or will the only way to get them is via the anthology box set?

Fury Road was released in 2016. The other two will be released on November 2, 2021.

Thanks, may hold off on selling my first film 4K to see if there is a new release with matching art design as the 2nd and 3rd films. Perhaps Fury Road will follow as well but overall I am looking forward to Road Warrior in 4K, seems like yesterday I was a kid watching it in the theater when it first came out.

The art is as bad as the 4K Fury Road steelbook . I don't have this in my collection in any format so this is a pick up. Picking up Thunderdome just to be a completist as well. Not liking the art at all but with the Bestbuy steelbooks that is par for the course.

I'm in for this and the Beyond Thunderdome steel. I've already got the Kino Mad Max 4K (with slip), and the TOC Fury Road (with Black & Chrome), so those discs in the Anthology set are not needed for me.

Does Kino never release on iTunes\Google Play other digital retailers etc?
