Only thing I've seen mentioned is their Winter Wonderland sale starting around Dec 1 or 2.

They have different sales all year long; just need to keep an eye out for them. Like mentioned above, there’s one coming up in December. There was just one in October too, and they also have their long running While Supplies Last sale for the items that they’re letting go out of print.

In the past, Canada post and pre BF sales are better then the actual BF. This year will be no exception.

Is it just me or is this the weakest overall Black Friday in the past few years? Not just talking movies, but electronics, TVs etc everything seems like just basic sale prices nothing really "black friday worthy"

Black friday has been getting less eventful for years now but this year yeah, by far the worst. All i see are 5-10% off most things if even that, hardley what i would call a black friday deal. It seems to have pretty much just become any other day, hardly worth fighting crowds to stand in line to purchase something.

Didn't notice much activity last night and I'd imagine a lot of people stayed home. This was also the first BF in nearly a decade I didn't go shopping.

I'll stick to movies;
Yes & No.
The amount of 4k format titles significantly reduced are plenty just like any Black Friday.
Now it just comes down to the titles offered and for me personally, this hasn't exactly been a big haul for purchases and maybe Covid had something to do with the loss production of 2020.

You know what?
Never heard of Gruv.com until now.
They have a nice selection of 4k titles that you can buy 3 for $30
Good call on that.
