Black Friday 2021

Hello, fellow blu-ray collectors!
It's that time of the year again, and sadly, things won't get back to normal, at least this year.
- Kicking off the preview deals, Walmart has released information that it will have its 3 sales just like last year, first one starting on November 4 through November 7, and the second one from November 10 through November 14.
Details on the third and final sale have not been released yet.

A few titles here and there, mostly DVD and Blu-ray, the biggest offer is Zack Snyder's Justice League in 4K for $10.

- Kicking off as well, tomorrow tuesday, October 19 through October 22, Best Buy will also have early deals, and according to many websites, these prices "will also be covered by a "Black Friday Price Guarantee" if the prices go lower".

Expect Black Friday ads to be released during these coming days.

What are your most expected titles to buy, or what offers are you expecting to happen?

What I would like to see:

The Flash season 7 bluray $10
Superman and Lois season 1 bluray $10

Godzilla vs Kong bluray under $10
Mortal Kombat bluray under $10
Conjuring 3 bluray under $10

Various 4k steelbooks for $15 or under

Those are my biggest wants. Seems like a year I won't be getting as much since wb doesn't have much new seasons for superhero shows. I may grab Umbrella Academy if they have that for $10 on bluray too.

Don't get me wrong id get me and godzilla vs kong in 4k too but I want the steelbooks of those.

Hopefully they are 15 just like they last year, there were a bunch of steelbooks for $15 bucks.

According to the link I attached, there will be lots of deals starting tomorrow, so I really hope there are least a couple of 4K's in there.
If no deals tomorrow, I can see Best Buy's ad leaking either this week or the next one.

I'm not sure about that $10 pricing. But, if past years are any indication, expect to see the seventh season of The Flash on sale for around $14.99. Retailers generally put the latest seasons of the Arrowverse shows (on Blu-ray) that are currently in production for around that pricing point during the Black Friday sales blitz. Expect Batwoman, Stargirl, Black Lightning, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl to all have $14.99 pricing for their latest respective seasons leading up to and after the Black Friday rush.

Latest seasons were 9.99 on bluray at Best Buy last 2 or 3 years.

Doesn't mean there won't be really good sales leading up to Black Friday. I'm not sure I want to be in a jam packed store that day. I've always been able to score really good deals beforehand. Keep an eye out.
