They should put that on the cover.

The Jerry Lee Lewis documentary still hasn’t received distribution despite A24 holding the rights.

Buster Scruggs has a FYC screener BD if you look on eBay/Goodwill or have industry contacts (Macbeth only has a screener DVD.)

Caught this in theaters and I had a blast. Might get it just for the posters. Anyone know the designer? I saw the Dawn Baillie exhibit at the Poster House in nyc and she's worked on Coen stuff before, wondering if she had a hand in this?

I can't answer your question, but I just want to say Poster House is currently my favorite museum in the city. I love their exhibits so much, and they do a really excellent job with how they tailor them to each theme. It's a bit of a hidden treasure to me as not a lot of people seem to know/talk about it. I'm planning to go to the Baillie exhibit this Summer, as I just recently went to their previous exhibit that featured Art Deco posters, and want to spread out the visits a little.

I would love to get a physical release of that Jerry Lee Lewis documentary. I know the reviews were good saying it was a love letter to that era.its on Amazon Prime and on my list. So many films, so little time.

I have the DVD screener of Buster Scruggs and Macbeth they give DGA members housed in the flimsy cardboard sleeve. We didn’t get the blu-ray version unfortunately. I know Blu-ray bootlegs of both exist but I’m trying to do the right thing and avoid those.

A friend of mine auditioned for HONEY DON'T! The story has a Coen feel but with some extra pushing of the envelope. A little more blue. A little more outside the box. It has a similar feel to the first movie. My friend auditioned for the role of the detective that Chris Evans got. I am looking forward to seeing what they do with this new script. From what I've read, it should be delicious.

I'm glad I saw Drive-Away Dolls in the theater. It lands perfectly with the right crowd. For me, it gets funnier with subsequent viewings. That happens with a lot of Coen's work—even a half-a-loaf Coen movie.

The dour reception this received from people I normally jive with got me to put off watching this, but I finally did and MAN did I enjoy it. I mean it's no Fargo but it's very fun and consistently interesting.

BD looked amazing too, almost made me not care there's no 4k.

P.S. Would love to see what a Svet review of this would be like, lol.
