This particularly earnest war thriller deals with the relationship between a soldier and his interpreter, both of are wonderfully played by Jake Gyllenhaal and Dar Salim, in a way that's sturdy and unpretentious. And sometimes, that's all you really need out of a movie like this.”





- Member-866753 “Shiva duo Emma Seligman and Rachel Sennett re-team and take a big, confident swing with this brash, bloody, and raunchy high school comedy that feels like it belongs to a bygone era as it forgoes postmodernism and subversion in favor of unabashedly leaning into all of the genre trappings with wildly entertaining results.”

Bottoms was the last movie pushed off my ballot into #26. Was not expecting such unhinged farce, but I enjoyed it.

A shame behind the scenes shenanigans have likely robbed us of the final film in this would be trilogy. The "core four" deserve a proper finale.”

Only saw Extraction 2 and SISU, both of which were very solid in my eyes. Keep em coming!

I enjoyed all of those, especially Scream VI which is my 2nd favorite in the franchise.

For me, the fourth movie was a nice send-off for the series and highly underrated. Scream is a quadrilogy in my eyes.

I saw Bottoms, it's not top 25 for me but I thought it was enjoyable. I liked 4 movies from this batch.
