Blazing Saddles 4K UHD (1974)

I don't usually preorder as soon as something goes live, but I will be doing that in this case.

Was hoping for a 4K release of this, one of the best comedies of all time. Cleavon Little and Gene Wilder had a really good rapport between them. As with Twister, I imagine a standard edition will be announced some time soon. Mel Brooks is a genius and this movie, along with many others, proves that.

Wow, how to answer that? Even if you don't find those two movies hilarious, you should find this hilarious. However, it is very much a spoof of both westerns and racism in America. As such, it may not translate as well as the other two.

Just finished BS (first time ever seeing it). I didn’t know they made movies this funny in the 70s haha!

I may be in the minority here, but I caught myself laughing out loud much more with BS than I did with Airplane or Naked Gun.

After finishing BS, I quickly searched for Brooks’ best movies. A lot of people said YF. Hopefully that will come to 4k!

I watched the trailer and can see myself enjoying it.

I love Airplan and Naked Gun but Blazing Saddles is on another level.

On another note, is there any truth to this talk about them censoring some stuff in BS for the 4K?
