Looks like the WB is one disc everywhere, with just the theatrical cut on it. I guess I'll get the Paramount release so I can retire my Nordic Blu ray of the DC with the lossy audio.

The UK Press release I posted yesterday. I have asked them which disc the DC is on. I’m guessing the Blu but their opening statement.

The 4K UHD release includes*the Director’s Cut of the film, as well as a commentary by director David Fincher, and a commentary by lead actors Jake Gyllenhaal and Robert Downey Jr.

Looks like that unfortunately the Director's Cut won't be on UHD (description from Korean Warner product info):

No reason to buy if you have the US UHD disc then...
