Received my new Samsung LNT4081F and it needs service already!! - Page 2 - Blu-ray Forum

This is the reason I prefer to buy large items in store rather than online. You may saved a couple hundred bucks but now its going to cost you that money to send it back plus you don't have a tv for probably a week.

I had a line of dead pixels on my Samsung 5265 the first day I brought it home. Took it back to Best Buy and the next day I had a new set up and running. No repair man.

THe company I bought it from through AMazon is paying for the shipping...thank god...I went out today and bought the LNT4071F series from samsung for 1954.oo at Best Buy. I couldnt wait for a refund first...damn im impatient...lol
