On a cruise forum, I made a phony announcement stating that the cruise ship we were scheduled to go on had a "incident" with a coral reef about 6 weeks prior to our scheduled cruise date...
It was fun while it lasted.

I got our old room mate good one time. Her bathroom was decorated in a sun, moon, stars type theme. I found this god awful moon with a motion sensor, and when tripped it would loudly sing "when the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie......" I strategically placed it in front of the toilet so she would set it off as soon as she got home from an evening of drinking. Miraculously..... somehow she didn't set it off. HOWEVER, the next morning, as she is hungover and naked as the day she was born; she set it off on her way into the shower. She stumbled out the the tub, stubbed her toe on the bathroom door and tripped over the cat only to end up butt naked and splayed out on the hallway floor. Good times!

I know this is wrong because it's not on the same day but every Father's day I send out Happy Father's Day cards with greetings written really badly in crayon to all of my single male friends.

When we were younger, me and my Bro had The Book of Mormon sent to my cousins house. We also asked for him to receive in person visits from Mormons. In hindsight I feel sorry for the people that went through all of that work for nothing but at the time I thought it was hilarious

Had one pulled on me that was pretty mean by my own Dad. Happened when I was pretty young but...One April Fools day, my Mom had gone to Hawaii on vacation without my Dad. Not realizing the day nor expecting it, He came in and all serious like told me that I should sit down as he had something that he needed to talk about. He told me that they were getting divorced and that he would be moving out. The reason my Mom was gone was so that he could get his things together and get out before she came back...Then after a couple of hours...came back and was April Fools...Not funny...still ended up divorced but several years later.

I hate April Fool's day. Not only is it pointless but there always ends up being some really cool news and it turns out being false. Plus, everybody in the last few years have started to pull their jokes earlier and earlier.

April Fool's Humbug! I know what you mean, though.

I've always sucked at April Fool's pranks. I don't think I've had a good one since high school. In high school I put salt on half my gum and made sure I remembered which ones were which. I would pop a piece in my mouth and somebody would ask me for a stick. I would give them the heavily salted one and wonder what's wrong with them.

Well if its the type thats suger coated it might be blended in a little. But i don't think it was covered covered. The salt would fall off easily except for some.

Best joke I ever played on someone:

If you live in a state where there is powerball or mega millions and you and your significant other always buy tickets, this is a good one.

The drawings are usually late at night, like around 9pm. If no one hit the jackpot, wait until after the drawings and find out the winning numbers and then head to the corner store discreetly and buy a ticket with the winning numbers plus a few other picks of random numbers. Slide that ticket in with the other tickets you've already bought for the drawing. The next morning, causually ask your significant other if they've checked the lottery tickets. When they say no and grab the stack to check the numbers, sit back and enjoy the screaming.
