Question Please help?

Hi=) I was just wondering and hoped some of you briliant minds out there could help me?
The thing is;I`ve recently bought a 3D tv and Ps3. So insted of having my blu ray films laying around for my 3 year old to play with them, is it possible to lay them over to an 2TB external HD and just wiev them from there. So i just can store the movies away.
Have a nice day everyone

Unfortunately you cannot do that from a PS3 due to the FAT32 file structure which limits file sizes to 2GB.

There are loopholes around that. I have 2 external hard drives I formatted to Fat32 and they are way over 2 GB. There is software that you just plug in the device and click it and you are done. I can't however for the life of me find the link. I'll keep trying tho and update the post if I can find it.

UPDATE: I found the link, it is on youtube, just follow the instructions in the video. I did it twice and it worked just fine. http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/ind...at32format.htm

How to format hard drive into FAT32 with all windows. SIMPLE! - YouTube
Thats referring to the size of the actually drive. I'm talking about the file size cannot exceed 2GB and BD Rips are larger than 2GB each.
