Maybe I've been spoiled by COD4 but this game really felt terrible during gameplay. Graphics were okay and I know lot of people here are complaining really lot about the graphics but I think it's the gameplay. Like if you take hit then you perceive your environment to be hazy and blurry/grainy but as soon as you inject yourself to heal everything becomes clear like Claritin Clear, still it's not impressive.

Does everyone realize this is a DEMO? lol You all must be from the future or something. There must be better graphics on a game I have never seen! lol I see great graphics on my screen. This game is just pure fun and the sound ambience is amazing!

So.. how do you successfully pilot a helicopter?

Seems like you'd need a real pilot's license to make proper use of one of these things.

If it's like the other Battlefield games it takes a lot of practice. once you get good with it you'll appreciate the fine controls

There has never been a console game that had a higher resolution than the demo. This game runs natively at 1280x720.

I found the aim to be slightly off. The destructability is notable. I can't say anything else is above average.

wow i didnt read the comments until now....
im surprised so many of you hated it

i admit i was disappointed, because i was expecting a game like BF2, large environment,flag caps etc

but for what bad company is, its great especially if your on foot going between the buildings its great, i dont get the complaints of bad graphics looks great

I may be on my own here, but my one problem with all the battlefield games on consoles is that supid RED (KILL ME IAM OVER HERE DOT) above the heads of the enemys. The PC versions were never like that. It just kinda erks me, I hate finding what I think is a good spot only to be blasted by a sniper who saw me because of my red dot.

A while ago it was said that EA was going to address this problem on Battlefield 2. Iam not sure if they did though I have not played it in ages.....

bf 1942 is my favorite of all time. BF2 was ok, i hated the fact that you couldn't sneak around anymore because of the stupid satellite ability. Now it looks like I am gonna skip this one based on this demo.

I miss 1942...

I can't believe all the negative opinions. I just spent about 4 hours playing online and this is really a great game. The graphics are better than Haze and at least on par with COD4 if not better. You can drive tanks, humvees, buggies, helicopters and even use howitzers. I think this one is going to do really well.

I agree that the dots over the heads of enemies is not great but other than that, I can't really find much to complain about. It's not a run & gun like COD4 & Resistance but not tight tactical like RB6 or Ghost Recon. I think it has a great feel to it as I like the more realistic elements. I can understand people who want the smaller maps for run & gun not liking it but as for as the technical aspects go, it's really up there. I didn't see any server issues, frame drops, or other problems so I'm definitely picking this one up.

Hopefully the game will have an option to turn off the red dots...at least during multiplayer games!

Agreed, If it does end up having an option like that it may switch to a buy from a no buy for me. I always have liked the gameplay of the battlefield series on the consoles.....

Well i liked the demo alot the wepons are cool, especially the way you get your health back

the gameplay is very good, and i like the surround effects its real immersive......so yes i will be buying this game.

I have CoD4 and I love it. Battlefield is just as good. Maybe not as precise, but it's not supposed to be. If you want a War Sim go buy Ghost Recon 2.
