Well, this is an ancient thread, but it's interesting to see how much hope people had a decade ago, and how reality didn't bother to live up to expectations.

What was it, maybe a dozen shows out of everything people listed made it to Blu?

The telemovie versions of "Battlestar Galactica" which aired in syndication in the 80s are at the top of my list at the moment. There are 12 in all. From what I gather, most found their way to VHS in the UK, except for "Experiment in Terra", which had the most additions and changes (and kinda serves as the finale we never got).

Since Universal already failed to put them in their *cough* "Definitive Edition" Blu-ray set, I'd love to see Shout, Kino, or Mill Creek get their hands on them. Heck, I'd even be satisfied to get them on DVD, not just Blu.

(Oh, and it would be nice to see the other two Theatrical "Galactica" edits make their way to BD as well: "Mission Galactica - The Cylon Attack" and "Conquest of the Earth".)

Babylon 5 is the biggest for me, but they would have to re-do the effects, otherwise they'd look awful cropped to 16:9 (as with the DVD) and upscaled.
