Hey! Its still up! Cool.

Alright, well... I've tried all the games. I find it rather annoying that you can only have one game on one memory stick because of the folder names.
I was thinking maybe if i put the actual folders themselves in seperate folders then maybe the ps3 would see multiple "video" files in seperate folders? I havent tried it yet... I know it doesn't work with the psp and those "image" files that probably cant be talked about here... But with those, you just re-name them.

Anyone found a way around this yet?

I finally got a power adapter for my old Vista laptop, so I can use the BDJ dev kit now. I may try to make pacman or something.

Well if you were talking about the NES emu, then here you go.

You can have multiple games on there. Your USB drive should look like this:

After double clicking on the AVHD folder

Default BD-J homebrew blocked in PS3 FW 2.50

http://www.qj.net/BD-J-homebrew-bloc.../49/aid/124951

Quote:
We've gotten reports that the new PS3 firmware released yesterday - firmware 2.50, to be exact - has been confirmed to block all BD-J homebrew made for the console.

Definitely bad news for those who usually run BD-J homebrew on their PS3s, but it's not really so surprising as Sony was bound to do something like this sooner or later. Hopefully more progress will be made in the future to keep homebrew alive on the new firmware.
well that was short lived

I hope I live long enough to play Atari 2600 games on the playstation 15.

I can't see any reason to play NES games on a PS3 when there are plenty of free PS3 game demos on PSN and plenty of PS1 (and also PS2 games that will work if you have the right type of PS3) games at Gamestop for ~$0.99.

Heck,... I'm cheap when it comes to video games but even I picked up Resistance new for $15 and Motorstorm used for $20. I don't miss Zelda these days.

Now that 2.5 brought the flash 9 capability to the browser ... aren't there flash versions of these old games online that should work now?
