Thanks for the breakdown, I haven't really followed many DVD releases in a while, but saw the Weinstein transfer hit stores May 20th of this year.

I just watched Diary of the Dead on blu ray (UK release) and must say I was actually impressed with the film. It was way way way better than I was expecting. My wife even found it gripping. She wasn't going to watch and ended up standing at the edge of the lounge room, and eventually sitting down...

The Weinstein release of NOTLD should be out on Blu by year's end. That'll complete his Dead series on Blu, since Diary is coming next month.

Would love to have Night of the Living Dead on blu... debating getting Diary as I fell asleep while watching the dvd.... which isn't a good sign b/c I don't usually do that...

Yup there it is.. Release September 29th... For about $30... Not sure im getting it:S Maybe when the price drops..
