Interesting, because I'd say 90% of my purchases over the last year have been over the website for in-store pickup, and it's been wrong once. This just happened a couple of weeks ago, I was picking up an item and decided to check on a camera bag for my SLR since I needed a new one. The one I wanted was pricey so I thought I'd hold off. Later that night I changed my mind and decided to order for pick up. Sure enough, it was cheaper on-line, but the website said they didn't have any when they had 3 earlier that day. I called and they had sold 2, so I had them hold the last one which I of course got for the website price. The associate also told me that it's common for the website to show out of stock when there's only supposed to be 1 left in the store. That makes sense because it's possible someone could purchase the last item before they get a chance to pull it. Anyway, I'm a much more satisfied BB customer because of the in-store pick-up option.

I feel so dumb. I posted this because I had never really looked online or tried this. I do not like the online ordering, waiting, and never knowing when they will charge my card.

I used to work in media at Best Buy and was the employee of the decade because I could find "On Golden Pond" on DVD and not even have to look it up on the computer. I hate that. Go in and ask them about the most obvious movie, like Pulp Fiction, and they will always look it up the computer first. Idgets.

Work in retail long enough you wont be surprised at how stupid people are customers and employees.
