Home Alone I and II are seriously 2 of the movies I've been wanting the most on Blu. I can't wait!

I hope they release Home Alone 1 and 2 on the same day. Those two movies just have to go together. The third I don't care about, but 1 and 2 are priority.

You know there is a 4th movie right? Its terrible. Direct to video I think.

Cant wait........ To see HDD give it a bad video rating due to the softness of the original film.

It's good to hear that so many of you like Home Alone 2 as much as I do. Hopefully Fox will notice the demand and release it with the first one.

Hell, I agree with him. Home Alone is an annual watch with the family a during the holiday season each year. I have the original DVD and it's downright pitiful. Crappy picture, 2.0 sound, just awful. Will be nice to have this with a new transfer and 5.1 or better.

This movie was one of the top 10 highest grossing movies of all time at one point.

To go ahead and address the inevitable smart ass comments of "lots of high grossing movies suck" - I know, you're indie, you only like obscure movies - we get it.

Wow, I hope this is true. I was happy enough to finally just get the anamorphic SE DVD last year, but this would be the true treat. And why are we still stuck with a non-anamorphic 1998 disc of Home Alone 2????

Me too. Really excited for these titles. Will be buying both, just hope that I get them in time for christmas as I'll likely be ordering from Amazon and shipping to Canada.

Still hoping for a Santa Clause Trilogy announcement from Disney too

Actually I'm thinking it's supposed to say 12/2/08... it's the foreign way (date/month/year)!
