My wife's favorite movie... This is a definite buy for me... I enjoyed it too. I definitely enjoy after the movie too... Every single time. This is great with me, just as long as she doesn't start calling me Noah.

At this point I am cautious with every Warner release. Besides screwing us with lossy audio, Warner is notorious for bit-starved video.

With that said, I am looking forward to purchasing The Notebook as long as Warner does a good job and includes lossless audio.

loseless audio would be nice but it shouldnt matter on a movie like this

It matters to me. I NEVER buy any titles unless it includes lossless audio. It makes a huge difference in my HT.

BTW, I wish people would stop with comments like you wrote. It just does not make any sense. Why don't you just keep the DVD and be done with it. Perhaps the upconverted DVD is good enough for a movie like this.

The movie by itself will be available next Tuesday, 5/4.

The Notebook is the only movie of its kind in my collection, I am going to upgrade my sd dvd now that a movie only edition will be available.
