Agreed, it's so strange seeing Ray "hard-man" Winstone up against a totally derranged Ben Kingsley. You really have seen nothing until you've seen the clash of those two.

Lol, Donkey Punch really isn't as bad as everyone on here is making it out to be. Is it Citizen Kane? No. But it's a decent attempt at an atmospheric thriller, and given how cheap it is to get the blu ray, it's certainly worth blind buying.

i watched this a couple of nights ago.
i wasn't impressed, but then ive seen a lot of films, so it takes a lot to impress me.
the acting was a bit poor in places (but then, thats usually to be expected ina low budget brit flick) and the plot gets silly in the final third.
its worth watching once though, and for the record, the 'donkey punch' is in the film (although i believe an actual donkey punch is slightly different from the films version of it)

i have seen worse films, but not too many. horror fans might like it though, im just not keen on the genre as a whole. in fact i can't really think of any horrors that i hold in high regard barring the old classics.

Was this disc cut in any way? Both this uk blu-ray and the french blu-ray back covers state a runtime of 95 minutes but imdb and the us unrated dvd state 99 minutes.

Almost certainly they do the regular error of listing a PAL timing from the DVD on a 1080p 24fps BD. Remember at 24fps the BD is 4% slower than the DVD at 25fps.

BBFC confirms 99 minutes for cinema (at 24fps) and 95 minutes for home video. They almost always review on PAL DVD hence sped up faster time.
