Is The Punisher A SUPERHERO?

Batman has trained himself to be in absolute peak physical human shape, he's an expert of several martial arts and has gadgets and a code of ethics.

Batman IS a super hero because there are few people on the planet that can stand up against him in hand-to-hand combat. That's pretty damned super, what pushes him over the top is the fact that he's a criminologist expert and has gadgets that help him along the way.

He also has a code of ethics, Punisher does not.

You're wrong.

If he was in peak physical human shape, he'd be a match for Daredevil {who has no physical powers} and Daredevil has beaten the Punisher {on a few occasions} like he owed him money.

I've never really considered Punisher a superhero. I guess thats why he interests me so much.

Just a tidbit, did any of you know that "Superhero" is a trademark owned by Marvel and DC?

Also, I would consider Castle to be an anti-hero if I had to put him in a genre but if I were to put my superhero movies together I would include his.

I don't know much about marvel but I noticed in the Punisher: War Zone add that before the add it said Marvel Knights. It was in that Marvel into to the film. I don't if that has to do with the seperation of him and the heros or if..............................

If you've known a fictional character for 30 years, I'd suggest you get therapy.

If you've known OF a fictional character, and you're still wrong, I suggest you read up on Punisher a bit more.
