+1 A few of those were good, but mostly, he was way off from reality when it came to naming the top 10 movies of the year!

The only one that I disagree with is The Ruins...

the rest of the list is great.

You guys need to get your head checked if you say the Funny Games wasn't up there..

absolutely phenomenal film...I loved it...it was the only DVD I bought this year.

Look, to bicker about which A+, A, and A- movies belong on a top ten list is normal. But to build a top ten list from many D- movies is crazy. He has lost his mind...or at the very least, his taste.

Dont bother responding to my post unless you agree....because I am RIGHT!

I don't entirely agree with him at all, but it's mildly refreshing to at least see a list that doesn't worship at the altar of the limited release.

again, he acknowledged that he wasn't trustworthy when it comes to movies. it was a disclaimer of sorts. so why jump all down his throat if he already acknowledged what you all are getting on to him for.

I'll give Stephen King credit for picking The Dark Knight, WALL-E, and Redbelt as his best movies of 2008. But his other choices sucked!

Decent list but seriously, Death Race! I enjoyed it a lot but it is basically a "B" movie with an "A" movie budget. Oh, and Bank Job, Boring and slow for a thriller, hated it . Whatever, Everyones opinion is different

I think King was Blindfolded while picking his list. There is no way these are the types of movies King is interested in. King had of received some money for those picks or some form of compensation.

Stephen King has very eccentric tastes in both movies and books. One of his non-fiction works detailed some of the horror movies he grew up on and loved as a kid and many of them are awful.

That Is Just Stupid To Say. Have You Read Some Of His Novels? They're Not All Good Stories, Some Are Plain Awful.

Iron man is probably the best comic book movie ever.

You know what, I'm not going to get angrey. I'm gonna calm down, drink some tea, beat my neighbor with a baseball bat, and take a nap. I'm not going to blow up, at all. "Honey!!! Wheres my gun?"

I am not dissing TDK in anyway, but I know you think I am. But Iron Man was the perfect comic book movie, how it went through and explained everything and all of the details.

Yeah TDK may have been more entertaining, but that does not make it a better COMIC BOOK movie.

I actually like the list...mine would have been different, but it is just his opinion. It was an entertaining read.
