I won't be blind buying this.

I will be renting it from Netflix.

I have it in my Netflix Queue list and where it says Expected Availability it says Very Long Wait.

i checked CDUniverse.com and it says the new release date is Feb. 10

What kind of legal problems? I never heard of XPW. However I see their DVD at Best Buy quite often.

basically all 3 suck and have blown their money on dumb shit... ravens probably sad roh doesnt want him for a 10th shoot.. i hope they all loose and dont get a penny from Vince

Still can't believe no stores have this.

Amazon.com still says shipping 1-3 weeks and my preorder on Amazon.ca since Dec. says "Temporarily out of stock".

Was there even any stock to begin with?

You can't even order it from the distributor's (Big Vision Entertainment) website.

They have it listed on that date as being released but only have the DVD in the online store. Furthermore, High Spots aka the biggest online wrestling dvd store does not have it listed at all.
