The New York Times is reporting that U.S. District Court Judge Gary A. Feess will soon rule in favor of Fox -- granting the studio a copyright claim to the movie franchise, which had been in development at several Hollywood studios over the years before Warner Bros. finally got the job done with director Zack Snyder.
not yet final according to this. How do they know what a judge is to decide? He doesnt make a press release prior to a ruling? There may be some speculation here

I just hope Warner will keep the rights for the film, i mean the maximum of the rights ^^ (and especially to edit the film in theaters and on Blu-Ray !)

The boycott idea is ridiculous. Watching Wolverine for sure.

No boycott from me, I am glad to see that Gambit is in the movie. I have been waiting for him to get into an X-men movie.

And I doubt Fox wants to burn any bridges with WB on a movie that could possibly bomb so there will likely be a settlement between.
W0rd. I cant wait to see Watchmen ... I'll take that over Wolverine anyday.

I had never heard of Watchmen until this whole damned fiasco anyways, so nope to a boycott. I may boycott Watchmen if it means WB will figure out how to do a transfer.

I wont boycott Wolverine, but I wont see it because I am not a big xmen guy.

But I will be so pissed if Watchmen does not come out on time, even though it might suck seeing how they took so much out of it...and they probably changed the ending because its not "hollywood" enough for mainstream audiences. But even if it does suck i am glad that the characters look about 100% correct, and I love how they show Archie coming out of the water in the trailer LOL

PS - I had not actually seen the trailer until yesterday
